The reason why you don't see the name of this orchestra as Joe Quijano And His Conjunto Cachana is because during this period Joe Quijano had contracts with Colombia Records which prohibited him from recording with other labels. So in order to not get sued, he got around that clause by removing his name, and simply used Conjunto Cachana on this release with Spanoramic Records.
